DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to correct our mistakes as quickly as possible. Kindly notify us via email at info@atsmfgco.com.

Please include:

1. Your order number, name and email address used on the order.
2. Specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size.
3. Please attach picture of the product(s) mishap (show defect, size, etc.). Submissions without photos will not be considered.
